I welcome you to the Office of the Prothonotary & Clerk of Courts of Indiana County, Pennsylvania.

On this page you will find links for online serves, fee schedules & other information for both divisions of this office. Note: The on-line services listed below contain additional convenience fees and credit/debit card service fees.

Online Access for the Prothonotary/CIVIL Division:

This “portal” is a subscription service which enables the subscriber to view & print public case information.  The cost is $30 per month (plus a $20 set-up fee).  The subscriber can e-file into cases through this portal. Attorneys will have additional ‘view permissions’ for cases they are part of.

Online services for the Clerk of Courts/CRIMINAL Division:

1. ‘E-Pay’ enables defendants to pay court costs/fines/fees on-line. This active link for this service is on this site.
2. ‘PAC-File’ enables attorneys to e-file directly into cases. This service is accessible through the UJS Portal.

Also listed are the indices of Naturalization Records retained in Indiana County (1807-1958).  These indices list the individuals for which we have record of (alphabetically by last name).  To receive a folded copy of a specific naturalization record, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope along with a $10 check/money order (payable to ‘Prothonotary’) for each naturalization record you wish to receive.  Note: To receive a non-folded copy, please call first to determine actual size of documents (they vary) and then send an envelope large enough to contain the un-folded document(s).
